All designs, including the Club Collection (Club Essentials, Vibrant Series, and Heritage Line), are original creations of FC Offside and are intended for personal use by football enthusiasts and fashion-conscious individuals.
3. Intellectual Property Rights All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, designs, and images, is the property of FC Offside or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Prohibition: You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of our designs, the ‘Crest’, or our specific logo variations (Signature, Wordmark, Box, Statement) for commercial purposes without express written permission from us.
4. Products and Print-on-Demand (POD)

Production: Please note that FC Offside operates on a Print-on-Demand model. This means your product is custom-made specifically for you after an order is placed.

Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, because each item is printed individually, slight variations in color or placement may occur. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be 100% accurate.

Availability: All orders are subject to availability of the base garments from our suppliers. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order.
5. Pricing and Payments

Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payments: Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Please note that transactions will appear on your bank statement under the name Brother Unlimited, our official parent company. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery As each product is manufactured upon order, processing times may vary. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. FC Offside is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance for international orders.
7. Returns and Refunds Because our products are custom-made through a POD process, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We strongly advise consulting the Size Guide provided on each product page before ordering. In the event of a manufacturing defect or damaged item, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt.
8. Limitation of Liability FC Offside, its creators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our products or website.
9. Prohibited Use You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others for unlawful acts, or to infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of third parties.
