A: Once your gear has been printed and quality-checked (usually within 2-5 business days), you will receive an automated email with a tracking link to follow its journey to your doorstep.
Q: Why don’t you accept regular returns?
A: To reduce waste and environmental impact, every FC Offside item is custom-made specifically for you the moment you order. Because we don’t hold stock, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or incorrect size. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
